Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings
Super easy and yummy!! My family loves it! I double this recipe but only use 6 chicken breasts when cooking for my family.
4 boneless skinless chicken breast chopped into 1/2 in ch peices
1 can chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken (or cream of celery)
1/2-1 cup sliced carrots
1/2-1 cup sliced celery
crumbled bacon (optional)
salt and pepper
1 can flaky biscuits
Place chicken breasts in bottom of th crockpot and pour chicken broth and both cream of chickens over it. Add in carrots, celery and onion and however much ever you prefer of
garlic powder, salt and pepper and parsley flakes.
Cook on high for 3 hours and add in bacon if desired.
cut up the flaky biscuits, uncooked, and put in the crockpot. I break each roll in about 6-8 parts and just place them on top.
Remain cooking for another hour or so on high or until done. Enjoy!
